Introducing BINA.: The South London Soulstress

BINA. has captivated audiences since her first release ‘Summer Breeze’ in 2018. She has continued to organically grow and transcend her following with emotive yet vibey records that can span generations. Her unique style amalgamates Indie neo-soul flair with essences of alternative R&B, Classic Soul, Blues and Jazz. Evident within her EPs ‘Humble Abode’ 2019 and ‘This Is Not a Film’ 2021, BINA.’s vocals effortlessly glide through the tracks, depicting the imagery of her lyrics.

BINA. has also broken ground within fashion, featuring on London Fashion Week's website in 2021 and collaborating with several independent stylists and designers; such as Margarette Zawedde (2022) and @maluki97 (2023) to create unique looks for her live performances.

This year has been a crazy year for BINA., from her first headline show at The Lower Third in London and festivals including ‘Cross the Track’, to an EU/UK tour supporting Yasmin Lacey. There is no stopping this ambitious soulstress. And just as the year is coming to an end, BINA. delivers another treat, with the release of ‘Dopamine’. The single, accompanied by a visualiser, embodies afro-centric roots and showcases the singer’s artistic versatility as she takes this song in a spoken word approach.

As BINA. continues to blossom and create solid roots in the industry there is no telling where her artistry will take her.
